- All sale are on first come first serve basis
- Payment is to be made within 3 days, or your reservation will go to the next buyer / put up for sale again. Please don't hesitate to let us know IF you need extra time. We don't bite! :)
- Backing out / going MIA after confirming an order is a disgusting act. Kindly make sure you check your orders before payment.
- Items sold are not refundable.
- We will not be held responsible for any damage or lost of items during delivery.
- We keep our prices at a minimal, hence any requests for discounts will not be entertained.
- The postage fee is not included in the price shown.

- Colour of items might vary due to lighting or screen hue differences.
- Measurements might differ at most by 2cm.

- We will inform you the total price. Payment must be made to our CIMB account. The account no. will be informed to you. Make your payment within 3 days. Please do include your payment details. The order will be sent once we've received your payment.
